SOCIAL EXCLUSiON AND LEARNING (SEAL)

The head of the Social Exclusion and Learning research unit (SEAL) is Associate Professor Iben Jensen

SEAL is part of DEMOS ((Democracy, Migration and Movements).

Taking both a local and global perspective, SEAL identifies and challenges current social exclusion processes both at the micro-level and in organizational contexts. Locally, SEAL conducts studies on social exclusion, interculturality, discrimination, and racialization in education and organizations. Globally, SEAL conducts studies on mutual intercultural learning in partnerships between Global South and North.
